12 Weeks Body Transformation (Phase 1) Personal Training Programme


Suitable for those who want to transform their body to either fitter or bigger in size, result-oriented approach for a faster track with a personal fitness trainer to guide you through the whole progress in a face to face meeting. This is the package of 12 hours of face-to-face session in your place/clubhouse or in my training studio. We assumed a one hour of meet up per week.

12 Weeks Online Programme


Including 12 times of one-to-one online personal coaching session and consultation via Skype voice or video chat. Provided with all exercise programme techniques and follow-up, nutrition recommendations. Suitable for those having busy work schedule.

12 Weeks HIIT Group Training Programme (min. of 5 per session)


Having fun with our tailor-made HIIT/high intensity fitness group class with your friends and peers to sweat and burn more, different functional exercise would be involved and altered from time to time for the best of temptating your desire to overcome different challenges every time when you are being with us.
